Dr. Wendy Flint has re-invented herself multiple times in the workplace in the past 25 years. As mother, grandmother, elected official, lobbyist, national speaker, business owner, author of eight books and corporate executive, she has a gift of knowing how to make lemonade out of lemons. Wendy survived polio as a child, served in the military during the Viet Nam war, and was one of the first female telephone linemen in the nation. In her professional life, she has survived downsizing, company closures, leadership changes, and major disappointments. Her experiences have given her the assurance that when circumstances are at their worst – they are about to become the best ever.
Dr. Flint has a PhD in Education along with an MBA and MPA. Her “day job” is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Boston Reed College. Her weekend job is adjunct professor of leadership and management courses and freelance writing.
